The engineer arrived about 45 minutes after my call and was very courteous and pleasant throughout. The first battery he fitted unfortunately was faulty so after an apology (for something that was not even his fault) he left immediately to drive to their suppliers and got another which he then fitted - this time it worked. I was very impressed with the company and their engineer and would have no hesitation in recommending Green Flag.
