Pas 5* parce que l’adhésion est plus chère que les concurrents et qu’in fine, je ne vois pas d’élément différenciant qui le justifie, parce que le site n’est pas user friendly sur smartphone (iPhone 11), il faut une belle refonte avec du travail d’UX … qui plus est, pas d’application.
Pour les plus, Service client professionnel, assortiment qualitatif et qualité d’emballage pour l’expédition.
