J'adore votre site mais parler de ma dernière expérience n'est pas agréable.
Ma commande de début avril ne me parviendra jamais et j'en suis plus qu'agacée.
Ce n'est pas votre faute mais je pouvais bénéficier d'une réduction que j'ai perdu grâce à ces incompétents de Chronopost qui n'ont pas été foutus de me trouver la 1ere fois ( j'habite là depuis 15 ans!) et qui ont bousillé mon colis la 2eme fois...
