Second order, 128 euros' value. 2 products (Whole Wheat Flour T150 Organic 2.5Kg and Protein-Rich Pea Chips Organic 75g) with the packaging torn and stale peanuts (Roasted & Salted Peanuts Loose Organic 500g). Customer service back and forth. Result was 'generous' vouchers in the value of the products, and insinuation that I lied about the peanuts as the label states they were still within their consumption validity period. All this on the background of apologies and assurances ("we'll be reporting this to logistics at our next check-in" / "slipped through the net"), with no real alignment with the values of the customer target base. The Kazidomi underlining assumption seems to be that its customers will be satisfied by recovering the few euros spent on the products, with no regards to the importance of trust going both ways and inconvenience caused. Membership refund asked and was received the 4 euros not spent on discounts as a "gesture of good will", which was most embarrassing... Again, seems that the values and intentions of the customer are ignored and the assumption is that a few euros saved is the driver for accepting Kazidomi as a provider of our food. The promise of quality seems to be ignored, as one of the market differentiator Kazidomi promotes. Massive disappointment and shame on Kazidomi's part...
