Wanted to specially come here and leave a comment for their design team who nailed my memoir’s vibe on the first try. I emphasized a lot on wanting a book cover that stood out among the rest on a shelf. To my surprise the designer actually read my book to capture its essence and derive concepts, because he came up with ideas based on stuff that I have written deep into the story! This is something I later learned most publishers don’t do.
