I ordered two Miele appliances from KDH Electrical not having used the company before. Being Miele, it wasn't a small investment but I felt very happy placing my order because the company was easily accessible by phone and all the contact staff were extremely helpful in dealing with some pre-purchase product queries. Delivery was quick, it was no problem to change the first delivery date proposed and the packaging arrived intact. All round an excellent experience. I would definite use KDH again.
