Extremely slow service! Ordered for pick up at Willoughby store Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon, since I had had no confirmation … phoned & Helga told me order had been received, would take 24 hours and they would text me when available for pick up. Following Tuesday I called in to Willoughby as I still had not heard from them. They still didn’t have the order but offered same day delivery (Wednesday) to my home at Sans Souci. Wednesday I received a phone call to say that Willoughby had the order but the courier could not deliver until Thursday. As I was going away that Thursday I had to go & pick up the order so that I could secure the premises before my departure. Why so long when the item was, “in stock”.
