You guys are dreadful since the change of ownership. I will now only shop with Restorations Online. You take payment for everything and then slowly reveal that items are not in stock or have been discontinued. Keeler Hardware used to be a premium hardware store brand on the Lower North Shore. It's now like some back-alley seconds store or characterless online store experience. What a shame. A case study in how to kill a great brand!
