Very very poor. Definitely would not recommend to family and friends and in fact would go a step further and actively suggest they avoid your services. All products were delayed in arrival. On two occasions we were advised we could pick up our items, my wife, with two newborns (twins) attended to pick up, on both occasions some items were available and others were not. The lack of supply meant our joinery was delayed and therefore completion of the house. This subsequently forced us into having to find further temporary accommodation at a significant cost. All in all, seriously disappointed and if i had my time again i would be doing anything in my power to not use your services.
