Excellent customer service and a great customer experience. The staff knew exactly what I was after and what I needed and pointed me to the lock required. They said delivery would take 3 to 5 business days, but I got lucky and the lock I needed arrived the next day.
Can't fault them at all - will buy from them again when I need another lock or other items.
