I cannot recommend Keeler Hardware due to the following - Items that were advertised on their website as available in stock were in fact not available. Their phone support number routes to an Asian call centre who can only provide scripted information, not what is really going on. The purchaser account function which is touted as the way to find out the status of an order does not work. I tried multiple times to create an account and reset passwords to find out about a the status of an order but was unable to access the account at any time. It took 3 days from placing the order and 2 days from sending an unhappy customer email for Keeler to respond advising that the items I ordered were not available. The only positive thing I can note is that I was refunded the money I had paid. I will not be dealing with Keeler Hardware again.
