I needed to replace a window winder and Googled online and Keeler Hardware came up. Having been involved in the construction industry in Sydney more than 20 years ago, I had worked with Keeler on a number of projects, so I knew who they were and that they could be trusted back then. However, I was now in Perth so I did check out the locals thinking that I might get better local service, but I ended up going with Keeler and they certainly delivered. Online ordering was simple, there were regular updates and the ordered product was delivered well within the original estimated time and packaged so it was in mint condition when received. Plus - I am now in the good books because my wife can easily open the winndow.
