I recently ordered a padlock and chain for my fence. The order was handled expeditiously and it was received in good order. In the package was a set of 3 padlocks instead of 1, although I was charged for only one! However, I thought there was something wrong about the casing of the padlock and I emailed the company. Their customer service rep responded immediately advising that by my description, there was definitely something wrong and they would send a replacement asap. Sure enough, within a few days I received the new padlock in the mail which works just fine. The customer service was excellent! One of the best companies I have ordered from in Australia both as to professional customer service people and their obvious pride in their products. Highly recommend them.
