We visited Keeler Hardware on 10th Jan 2024, it was extremely difficult to get assistance from the staff. When we finally did get someone, after ~5 mins they left us, saying 'I wil be back in a minute, it is close to my finish time' and never returned. Luckily, we were able to get Tony J to serve us who completed our order. Overall, apart from Tony it was not a great experience from a customer viewpoint, will think twice about going there again
