Selling the remaining stock of a discontinued item at a marked down price is great. What's not great is when you keep that item up on your website when that discontinued item is no longer available. You need to update/maintain your website so that customers like me don't end up buying an item only to be told later that it is out of stock. Your company did email to advise and refunded the money promptly, but the overall experience was disappointing. It worked out for the best as Handle House also had a brushed gold handles in the two sizes I wanted and discounted. But their website had a counter showing how many of each size were still in stock. In the end I got a much nicer handle and am very happy. Invest in your website.
