I placed the order for a lock that was "in stock" expecting quick delivery. When it had not turned up a week later I looked back and noticed the order was in "back order" status but website still show it was available and in stock. Attempted contact twice with no reply. Had to go to bunnings and buy another one for it to rock up later. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.
Product was as advertised, but customer service and misleading availability is not as expected.
