Great in person service - love their Willoughby store. They're extremely helpful and knowledgable in person. Have had some difficulty ordering online with the team. Firstly, the confirmation emails don't come through after purchase. When I followed them up via phone and email, the team highlighted that they would check with the supplier but I did not recieve email confirmation on the result. I had to phone up again and again to determine the status of the order even though they have an accounts function on their website. For best service and to recieve your items (particularly for smaller purchase orders) I would recommend visiting Keelers in person.
