MAKE IT 6 STARS I had a small problem due to confusion over an order I placed. I expected not to be able to return the order, or at least to perhaps have a bit of an argument. I did not approach the discussion with any aggro. The response to my problem was wrm, friendly and helpful: I still feel good about the experiance. Sometime later I returned with a query; once again I was attended to with warm politeness and efficient service.
