The order date to packing date seemed too long for items presented as in stock. The shipping was fine but not speedy. When I received the goods they were wrong I received two left hand brackets even through they are sold as a set. The issue was resolved quickly and a replacement is on its way but still yet to be packed or delivered. So from when I started the order to when I think I will receive h the replacement brackets will be two months. I happen to purchase a like item from a China based competitor and received it in 7 days. I’m thinking you guys need to revisit your processes and attempt to tighten the service the customer receives to keep selling online. I like many customers are happy to pay a higher price for product supplied within Australia but not if the extra price also comes with a significantly longer delivery time! My experience is that good companies go under not because of a major event rather they disappear one small issue at a time. Sorry to have share negative news.
