Not happy. To begin, the website seemed dated as it still contained old covid warnings on delays etc.. That time has passed, move on. Update site. Next, the items I required were showing as ‘in stock’ but this was later found to be untrue. False advertising. Upon phoning to search for my order, was told item was out of stock, and that delivery would be fast tracked as it bounced from one Keeler physical address to another. After waiting for more days, had to phone again, only to be told item was referred to parcel pickup point and had been there for days. No notification left for me, no advice, no customer service. Should have shopped at Bunnings instead. Would not recommend.
