your warehouse in wetherill park is not managing well
1. i went to pickup order, warehouse could find order no. which we confirmed over phone before we go
2. i placed order on counter, with 2 off hinges on back order saying it will be dispatch to my factory. never dispatch. and i sent my boy to pickup, could not find my order record
