Keeler Hardware was quick to take my order with all payment requested on my first visit to the store. However, I have not heard from them after the initial said wait time. I had to call up call centre to chase up on my order. I then learnt that there had been a delay with some parts. Eventually it took almost two weeks before I could get my purchase. If this is an item not a special order item but stock you would normally carry, Keeler Hardware should not have charged me and got me waiting for two weeks for something I hoped to get asap.
