I couldn't open the oil cap under the car bonnet so went to Keelers for assistance. A guy called Eddie offered to help and he easily took the cap off and then topped it up with oil from his garage (and he filled up the oil bottle I keep in the car with the correct grade oil for my car). Without me asking, he then topped up my windscreen wiper container with screenwash. To top it all, he then topped up the power steering fluid - I'd only gone there to get the oil cap off but the extra assistance was greatly appreciated. I offered to pay but Eddie would not accept payment. Usually I don't feel comfortable going to garages (I'm female) but I was treated exceptionally well and will definitely be going back.
