The whole shopping experience was great, we found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We also were able to schedule our delivery as we were going on holiday and wanted it to be delivered once we were hope. All of that went exactly according to plan. Big thumbs up. But when we received the goods we realised there was no pedestal for the parasol. As there was one in all the photos of the patio set on the website and nothing to say that it wasn't included we naturally assumed it had been forgotten. I contacted Keen Gardener but was told that a pedestal wasn't included, so we had to go and buy one separately before we could use the parasol. Not a huge issue, but disappointing, and I do think that it should be mentioned on the website that no parasol is included OR not include pictures that feature a pedestal. Otherwise surely other people have made or will make the same mistake that we did. If we had known then we would have bought one in time for the delivery and be able to use it immediately, which wouldn't have been a problem. For that reason alone I've marked a star down (I really didn't want to as on the whole there were no other issues and we love the patio set), but I can't say it didn't cause inconvenience because it did. But I absolutely recommend this company, just make sure you know exactly what is or isn't included in your order.
