After being a loyal customer and purchasing your acne cream and serum multiple times (which it worked well). The most recent purchase in October was a huge mess up. It had no tracking number, and came after 2-3 weeks...the Cream box wasnt wrapped in plastic, and the lid was half off. The product smelled and felt different than all the times before. Our daughter is the one using it and she was sad and scared her acne would reappear. So we emailed keeva, they said they would send another jar, and that they changed the product ingredients. It isn't working as before my daughter confirmed. She's bummed about the whole thing especially after finally finding one organic product that worked. So wheh the new shipment of the cream arrived, that one was not wrapped in clear plastic either. They all used to be before this October order started, so I'm under the impression its coming from someone else that is altering it and messing with it. I don't really know, I just know the changes aren't good. We emailed the mishaps (originally Gian then Alicia) handled the whole mess. I asked for a refund. And She said it would be issued. I am waiting for it on my credit card. Thank you for the great acne products from all of our previous orders before October 2016.
