1) I got their Order confirmation and shipment confirmation only one second apart, can that be possible? If that is possible, then I would have already get my order. Is already 11 days from the day I got the shipment confirmation but yet I haven't get anything . 2) Their tracking system online is useless because it is NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! 3) No one pick up or return call during business hours. 4) No one reply my enquiry email. Having a good product is totally useless if keevaorganics do no work on their customer service quality. Currently I am using two of their products but I will stop using them if they don't improve their CS. Very frustrating when no one is there to answer your questions for days.
