Absolutely Terrible customer service!!! I've never even spoken directly to a representitive at all. All communication has been via email or facebook messages. Which is completely terrible. A company SHOULD care enough about their customers and the service they provide and at a minimum, contact the customer by phone to try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible....but for Keeve Organics this obviously isn't the case. As a customer I feel that I am not valued whatsoever. I wasted my valuable time and money on a company that could care less to help resolve my issue. this company could care less to wonder and make sure that a first time customer is satisfied or has any issues, seeing as how i sent many calls, voicemails, and emails. Once I placed my order through Keeva Organics personal website, I never recieved my order nor any delivery information about it. I had called multiple times, left multiple voice messages, left multiple emails, tried contacting keeva organics through facebook as well to try to either get a refund for the order i never recieved or possibly have it FINALLY shipped. And finally, after quite some time, I got a response from someone through facebook. which is very, very impersonable! It seems as a customer my business with this company was not cared for or valued whatsoever and was completely ignored. As a first time customer to this company I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the complete lack of care. Perhaps brush up on proper customer service and care. My entire transaction with Keeva Organics was horrible, disappointing to say the least, and the lack of care for customer satisfaction is utterly despicable. To be honest, I am not sure i want to even bother to be a continuing customer with Keeva Organics due to a horrible first time experience. hopefully Keeva Organics can get its act together and ACTUALLY HELP its customers and actually contact them.
