I ordered Jan. 14 2016 and have still never received your product. I sent emails and left phone messages with no response. Now I have to go threw paypal and my credit card company to get my money back. Why do you have a phone when you can't get back with people. Very upsetting. My girls like your product and I have always purchased it threw Amazon with no problems. But on your website you had an offer of buy one get one free. So we went threw your website, with nothing but no product and my card charged. Hopefully you can address this problem with me so we can get this straighten out.
