Hey, just wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to use the product. I ordered November 16 after resting an article on daily mail. I expected demand to be high because of this reason. After not receiving shipping notification, I began to contact the company through messenger. No response. I reached out numerous times by phone, nothing. I also began like the reviewer before me to suspect I'd been scammed. Low and behold, I finally got a representative today. She confirmed my order and broke the news that due to high demand, my order was actually a back order and I could expect it three weeks after today. I declined, because I was going to gift them for the holidays and requested a cancellation and refund. Now I patiently wait to see if they will honor that in a timely manner and hopefully avoid involving my financial institution.
