I ordered an entire kit for my teenage daughter to try for her acne, as I wanted a more natural acne treatment for her. It came with a “100 day money-back guarantee”, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I was wrong! After 3 months of use, we saw no difference for my daughter. So I contacted the company for my refund, which I had to do by email. They had trouble figuring out how to send me the proper return form. Three emails later, I received a number to write on a piece of paper to put in the box. So I sent back the empty bottles and waited. And waited. Two months later, I contacted them again, only to be told they had “no record of my return” and could I please supply a tracking number from the post office. Since it’s been TWO MONTHS, I’m still trying to find a tracking number. I sent another email, but have received no reply after two weeks. The product made no difference, but even if it had, I’m not sure I’d order again because of how poor the customer service is!!!
