Dear fellow investors, I have taken advice from a licensed Insolvency Practitioner who has completed some work for me and the conclusions reached are as follows:
1. KKH Holdings limited trading as Kenton Finance is NOT in Administration or Liquidation.
2. The email I received from JP Insolvency Services is a scam, we have spoken with the director of jpis.co.uk an IT Data Management Solutions for the Insolcency market and these documents are NOT from them and they are not even Insolvency Practitioners. A company in Dubai have used their details to contact investors and we currently do not know how the scammers have got our details. Have the managed to hack KKH Holdings Limited or have KKH Holdings supplied our information to the scammers?
3. The attachments from the Insolvency Services are fake, they are not from the Insolvency Service. The documents are full of errors and not the sort of documents that the Insolvency Service would use.
I am looking at engaging a law firm Hill Dickinson Solicitors (a national firm of solicitors and the solicitor we are engaging is a specialist Insolvency Solicitor) to pursue KKH Holdings Limited trading as Kenton Finance and also to hold the directors to account. It would be helpful if the investors come together and bring a group action.
Can you please contact me at tonyreevesKF@outlook.com if you are interested in joining the group action. We as a group would then engage Hill Dickinson Solicitors.
