Took out a bond with Kenton finance two years ago it should have matured this month
Been trying to contact Nathan at the office number for over a week now trying 4/5 times each day
Have spoken to at least 10 receptionists who very politely try to put me through to one of the five “Agent’s “
With no response ;emails got the same results
Looks like they are still operating for new investors but are blanking anyone who wants to discuss bonds that have matured
Struggling to know where to go next ?
Would the Financial Ombudsman help?
