However, their unlawful license and problems I had returning my money indicate that they don't really care about upholding the law or protecting the rights of clients. I felt helpless and lost faith in them when they unexpectedly froze my account and refused to release my money without providing any justification. These strategies impair the company's relationship with its customers and raise suspicions about the honesty of its business practices. Even though H !
