I made my first order as a travel set, which I then hoped would become regular orders. Unfortunately the ordered was received incomplete. I then emailed and was advised the remaining part of the order was being despatched straight away. It is now 3 weeks later and I have still not received the order. Very disappointing. The other products that I received were good and made a difference to my hair and styling. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again due to reliability.
