Didn’t receive my full order. Emailed company with copy of original order and photo of what arrived. Was advised I would have the missing item resent with the caveat that they were so busy to allow up to 14 days to arrive. I sent my email on 9th December so expected item by 23rd. NOTHING!!! No communication, no item and no Christmas present. Shocking service. Quick to take your cash but the opposite when things go wrong!!!
