I experienced first class service when I enquired about this unique lamp. I was hoping to match it up with an existing lamp I had, which I knew would be difficult, due to the natural coloured glass characteristics of this lamp, however, Anne kindly took photographs of the display lamp they had so that I could see if it would match up - it did! Thereafter, the lamp was carefully packaged and sent to me without delay. I am truly delighted with it and in particular, the personal service I received. I would not hesitate in recommending Kes lighting. They we were exceptional!
