In this day and age of poor customer service Kes Lighting was an extremely pleasant surprise. From start to finish the level of customer service was excellent. They managed to source a light fitting I had had great trouble finding, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience shopping with Kes Lighting. I was kept informed every step of the way by both telephone and email, even once the order had been dispatched I received confirmation that it was on its way and follow ups to ensure it had arrived safely and within the timescale promised. I couldn't recommend this company enough and I will definitely be using them again!
