We were interested in a particular wall light which no one seemed to stock. A local supplier would only order one if we paid in advance and wanted 25% restocking charge if it wasn't suitable, ie £25 to look at the product. KES were very helpful and obtained a unit within the week (at no charge). We bought four lights which arrived in a few days. The lights were checked on delivery, by KES staff in the shop, and one was found to have a slight defect on the shade. This was returned to the manufacturer for exchange and a replacement promptly obtained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service, prompt delivery and good prices.
