The delivery was absolutely fine and next day! The product was extremely well packaged, my Aunt was very pleased with the lamp and was super pleased with the price! My only comment would be that the lamp base background colour is more of a silvery grey than the picture shows - I was expecting a creamier yellowy white. I appreciate that computer monitors are a difficult media for colour judgements and I know we could have sent it back very easily but we bought a warm white light bulb which cast a different glow on it in the evening which is when it will be used and my Aunt is happy with it. I would certainly purchase from KES lighting again so thank you for a) a good value product and b) excellent customer service.
