Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service. It is rare these days to find a company with such excellent communication - right from when I placed the order for my light to its receipt. I was informed of the exact time when delivery would be made and the person who delivered the item couldn’t have been friendlier and helpfully carried the light into my sitting room. Packaging was excellent and there were four light bulbs included, which I was not expecting. I am absolutely delighted with the floor lamp. It is beautiful and complements my other JH Miller ceiling and table lamps perfectly. Thank you.
