KES were completely on the ball regards service - they couldn't have done more and I felt completely supported by them. Sadly the Diyas Aston 4 light wasn't manufactured properly and wasn't square but this was only obvious after we'd spent 1 to 2 hours fitting the light and the final task was inserting the glass. At that point the glass wouldn't sit correctly. I decided that the 3-5mm it was out wasn't worth the effort of taking it down, re-packaging, returning, waiting for a new one, hoping the new one didn't have the same problem, booking the electrician again and then paying for the electrician's time again. So well done & thanks re service but I would urge KES to take this up with the manufacturer.
