We ordered some wall lights from here. Communication was quickly followed by the company. Unfortunately, there had been a mistake on their behalf which they politely apologised for and offered us compensation. Of course this was gratefully appreciated.
Delivery was speedy and I was kept in the loop from the start.
I would use the company again.
