Upon arrival at KES we were greeted by several members of staff who asked about our requirements. We were offered a cup of tea which was very welcome as we had travelled from Cheltenham and were shown round the showroom. We were then left to browse at our own leisure. KES have a fantastic range of lights and we found just what we wanted. From start to finish the service was very professional and friendly and even though it is quite a trek to KES for us, we will definitely visit again due to the service we were given.
