KES actively kept me informed during the sale process, up to the time my light bulbs were delivered. I liked their openness - clear contact details, nothing hidden. As it turned out, one of the bulbs they sent me was faulty, but when notified of this they proactively followed through my concern, without argument or fuss, and replaced the faulty item. This required buying in new stock, but I was kept informed of progress. After the replacement was delivered, KES followed up with an email to make sure I was now satisfied - which I certainly am. You don't get better than this - thoroughly recommended!
