Spotted the item I wanted on Friday, which was the exact same item (light for my bathroom) as John Lewis but KES Lighting were selling it it for £15 less. Contacted KES Lighting via their online chat 2-3 times with questions I had during the day. Knowledgable and friendly responses every time. Ordered the product Friday afternoon, immediately got email confirming my order and giving me an estimate of my delivery date. Was then kept informed until it arrived on Wednesday as promised. Even kept up,to date of when and given an hour window for delivery. Item arrived on time and well packaged. Would highly recommend KES Lighting to anyone, great service and great price!
