Anne was extremely helpful and we were delighted with the product. Our only concern was the sheer volume of packaging that housed our light fitting. It literally took two hours to unwrap the fitting and careful prepare all the cardboard, bubble wrap and polystyrene for recycling and rubbish collection. The packaging was eight times the size of the fitting and contained enough plastic and polystyrene to wipe out a small pod of whales.
Otherwise, extremely happy with the service.
