Visited store for first time. Some marvellous lighting displays on show but couldn't see what we were looking for. A female member of staff approached as we were leaving and persuaded us to come back and look at some catalogues from which we found the ideal pair of wall lights we were looking for. Ordered for next day. On inspection, we noticed minor chips on 2 of the glass shades and these were replaced by express delivery the next day. Good value and good service.
