I was initally disappointed when I was informed that the floor lamp I paid for online was actually out of stock. However, KES Lighting kept me informed as to the expected delivery date. I was also notified when it was on its way and received a follow up email to check all was well. I appreciated this and was very happy overall with the customer service.
