I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with KES, I felt compelled to leave a review. I hope it encourages others to use this company. They are amazing. I dealt with Shane Goadby from KES as my contact and he was so helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. His employers should be proud to have him as part of the team. Great service Shane. KES Lightening was an amazing customer service from when I first contacted them to ask some questions regarding my light (which they answered within an hour), to purchasing the light, to follow up service to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and if I needed and further help. The light cost was so competitive, being the same quality (make and model) to other companies, but was the cheapest I could find. I am completing a house renovation so coming in on budget is a must. Delivery was arranged on a day to suit and packaged thoroughly. Unfortunately when putting the light up, we damaged one light droplet and KES sourced a replacement for me, using their own time and resources, despite it being our mistake. Would recommend 100% and will be using again when further on with the renovation.
