I had an issue with one of the brackets supplied with a shelving unit from Keter. It was the last pair of brackets I was using and found one of them was not cut correctly and didn’t fit. Keter’s only solution was to dismantle the shelves and return them so they could send me a new pack because apparently the brackets were “out of stock”. Not very sustainable really!
So beware - aftercare isn’t great!
